The United We Stand Players of New Ulm Presents their 30th Anniversary Play: Samuel and Beatrice: A Love Story Friday, November 8th at 7:00 PM and Saturday, November 9th at 2:00 PM at the New Ulm Community Center in New Ulm!
The United We Stand Players of New Ulm will present their 30th anniversary play, Samuel and Beatrice: A Love Story on November 8th and 9th.
This play is a continuing story of Samuel and Beatrice from a play presented many years ago called, Reconciling Samuel. The play follows the journey of Samuel from his time leaving an institution, moving home and fulfilling his dreams. This show features information about Minnesota’s Olmstead Plan, a roadmap created in 2013 to support people with disabilities to live more integrated, whole lives in community.
Admission: $10.00 suggested or “pay as you wish” at the door. ASL will be featured at Friday’s show with a relaxed performance on Saturday.
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
